Grab your binoculars and join Rita for a rewarding bird watching experience at Peters Canyon, a diverse wildlife sanctuary that is connected to the 400-acre wildlife corridor that we're working to preserve. Stop frequently to observe, photograph, appreciate and identify birds. Listen for songs and calls. Learn how different species are adapted to this remarkable ecosystem. Roughly 1-3 miles round-trip with up to a few hundred feet of gain. Mostly full sun exposure. Carry water and snacks.
