Let's find ways to connect with ourselves, each other and with the land. Heather will lead us in approximately one hour of gentle movement and meditation, just a short walk from the parking area.
Please bring a yoga mat if you can, as well as a large picnic/beach-type blanket to place under the mat for extra comfort. Don't have a mat? Let Heather know when you RSVP and we will figure it out!
MEET AT PARKING AREA 13 (N). $5 ENTRANCE FEE. Irvine Regional Park can be very busy on weekends, be sure to give yourself time to get in the gate and park!
