How much nature can you cram into a little canyon between rows of beach-side apartments? Come find out! This is a very short hike, about a half mile total, but it's quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in the entire city. Terrain is a moderate elevation with a few obstacles at the trail entrance. Likely sun exposure.

Event start time is coordinated with the Metrolink train schedule, for those who don't want to drive. The Orange County line #1660 arrives to San Clemente Pier station at 10:20AM.
